New York, NY- Glassnote Records is excited to announce the release of Little Green Cars’ highly anticipated debut album Absolute Zero on March 26^th, 2013 in North America.

Growing up together in Dublin, Little Green Cars came together five years ago at the tender age of 15 to begin crafting their emotionally charged rock songs. With influences ranging from early REM, to Elliott Smith and Woody Guthrie, Little Green Cars’ sound is accomplished and belies their young ages of just 20. The band spent the summer recording their debut album in Dublin with renowned producer Markus Dravs (Arcade Fire, Bjork, Mumford & Sons, Coldplay).

Currently preparing to head out on a sold-out UK tour with Jake Bugg, Little Green Cars have been featured on the prestigious BBC Sound of 2013 Longlist, were featured as a break out band of the 2012 CMJ Music Festival by the New York Times and NPR, and have become one of the most anticipated new Artists of 2013.

Little Green Cars land on US soil in March to headline 17 dates across North America, in addition to the SXSW Music Festival in Austin, TX.
